We employed David as a consultant in order to help us get our client-facing app publishing software up and running.
It was very clear that as a company, we had hit significant trouble with this product. Our vendor was turning out to be unreliable, we were locked in a complex contract and the relationship was turning sour. This was all leading to the worse possible scenario, where we were actually missing orders and letting our clients down.
I quite honestly have no idea how we would have been able to have coped without David. A real pro, his calm and straightforward approach makes him the ideal person to have at your side in a crisis. His in-depth knowledge was invaluable: this is a man who knows every possible intimate detail about selling software as a service. Not only did he evaluate the extent of what was missing, he was able to unravel the contract, then put everything in place that we needed.
The quality of his work is outstanding from A to Z – even to the presentations and communication with colleagues and peers, not all of whom have what one would hold as being an intimate knowledge of this area.
Needless to say, we renewed his contract, and renewed it again. I would have no hesitation in recommending David.
